Our professional fees for the selection of a candidate will be 8.33% of the annual Cost to Company (CTC) offered to the candidate.
GST will be charged at 18% on the total billing amount, as applicable and as per Government notifications.
Any travel expenses incurred by outstation candidates called for interviews shall be reimbursed directly by the client to the candidate, as per prevailing market practices.
Copies of all communication with candidates including interview call letters, appointment letters, and offers should be marked to Summit People Group to ensure proper follow-up and candidate commitment.
Candidates referred by Summit People Group and selected by the client will be deemed as our placement, even if selected for a different role. This clause is valid for a period of one year from the date of submission of the candidate’s resume.
If a candidate appointed through Summit People Group leaves the organization on their own within 90 days of joining, we commit to replacing the candidate at no additional cost.
All invoices raised by Summit People Group must be settled within 30 days from the date of joining of the candidate. Payments should be made via account payee cheque or bank transfer in favour of “Summit People Group.”
